Tap your profile icon in the top left corner of the screen and scroll down to the 'Delete account' button at the bottom of the settings tab. Once you tap this option you'll be asked to confirm your account deletion as it's irreversible. After you have confirmed deletion, you will be redirected back to the app sign up screen.
